    Dear Đức1,

    Thanks for your updates.

If you are the administrator, you need to create the retention policy from Microsoft Purview (https://purview.microsoft.com/home)> Data Lifecycle Management card > Policies > Retention policies.

Automatically retain or delete content by using retention policies | Microsoft Learn

Thank you for your time and effort.

    Sincerely

    Dear Đức1,

You can create a retention policy applied to the users' OneDrive for Business sites and the team sites to remove unneeded files in a specific time. You can create the retention label and the corresponding policy to move forward.

Configure Microsoft 365 retention settings to automatically retain or delete content | Microsoft Learn

It is better to be performed by the global administrator in your tenant.

Thank you for your time and effort.

    Sincerely
