It worked! Thank you, Isabella. I don't have a Copilot license, but I am a 365 and Insider subscriber. I didn't realize I'd need a separate license for Copilot, just for working with Edge.

    Hello bjg2015,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community, glad to be able to help you.  Based on your description, I understand that you seem to be experiencing some problems with your Copilot and can very much understand how you feel.In order to help you better, I would like to know more about it:*Are you using Copilot in Edge or is this an error message in another Office product?**Does this happen often or is it the latest error?**Can you describe it in more detail if it's easier?**Have you tried some basic troubleshooting? For example, trying to connect to another network or a personal hotspot.*If you're using Copilot in Edge, we suggest you try using another version of Edge to see if it opens:Become a Microsoft Edge Insider | Microsoft EdgeAlternatively, you can try clearing your browser's cache to see if it works, for more information on how to do this you can refer to this article: View and delete browser history in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft SupportImageIn addition, if you have purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription and a Copilot licence you can log in on another device to see if the same issue occurs.I look forward to your further reply and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, thank you. Best regards
