I keep getting a "Storage Full" message from OneDrive when I have only used 31G /100G,

I checked all of my folder properties and this doesn't make sense. Can you please see attached and help solve this issue?

I'm worried this might be some kind of a virus initiated by security breach. I have been keeping getting "one-time code" emails from Microsoft since around January.

Hi, I followed your instructions and I was able to confirm I'm below storage limit. I also saw that my account has been attempted for login from various random places, e.g. China, Japan, Russia, Iraq, Indonesia, etc. What's the support email address for the OneDrive team?
