Dear Friends,
I am trying to apply a custom filter on the resources. I want this filter to return the maximum cost resources.
I have tried but nor success, if any one can help me.

Sorry for the delayed response. I understand that you want to set a custom filter that helps return the resources with maximum cost.
Appreciate if you could let us know where/what custom filters you are referring to. Can you please clarify what API or UX are you applying these filters on?
