Microsoft W-9

Question

I need a W-9 from Microsoft for our accounting system. Can a Microsoft rep help? I don't need a blank form, I need one that is filled out by Microsoft so that we can have this on file.

I am also looking for a W-9 form. The Microsoft reps are not helpful! Wow! Disappointed in the customer service.

Below are the steps to View private messages:

• click on Profile Picture at top of the right side > Select My Profile option.

• Then click View Private Messages under the 'Edit profile' on About me page.
