Cannot filter on a shared Online Excel file

Hi,

I'm using a shared Excel file online with one co worker where suddenly the filter button is stuck. I've reported a similar issue few months ago that happened only on one column. Now it's for all the column and all the sheets of the said File.

  • The other files of our shared folder works correctly
  • I've downloaded the file, upload it back, the filter is working back but my co-worker still cannot use it. She did the same, and I was also not able to filter her recently uploaded ifle.
  • I usually use EDGE. I tried Chrome / Teams the problem remains.
  • Our filter is already on the Top Row
  • I tried to unfreeze the top row but it still did not work.

It looks like there is something on the share / modification parameters but I cannot find what.

    Hi Snow,

    Thanks for your answer

Please find the link with my file with all sensitive data removed.

Of course now the filtering works back because the file changed location.

I would like to help you check the issue. Without a sample file, it is hard for me to share any suggestion on this. Can you upload it to OneDrive or any other cloud drive for investigation and then post the link here.

*Please make sure you have removed any sensitive or private information in the sample file before uploading.
