Question : I've connected Power BI to a SharePoint Online list using the SharePoint Online connector. The SharePoint list contains over 6000 rows of data. However, when I try to import the data into Power BI, I encounter a threshold limitation error stating that only 5000 rows can be imported. How can I address this issue and successfully import all the data into Power BI?

    Dear Raj_BRD,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community. We are happy to offer our help.

We'd love to help, but considering we focus primarily on general queries in Microsoft 365 apps, we may have limited resources on Power BI.

At the same time, considering that we have a dedicated channel to the Power BI forums – Microsoft Fabric Community, for you to receive proper assistance, we sincerely recommend that you go to that community and post a new thread, the members and engineers there will focus on the specific situation on your side and share specific suggestions. We are confident that our experts on that team can take care of your query effectively and accurately.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! I hope you stay safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely
