Attack and simulation > Missing user in training campaign

A user has complained that he did not receive the e-learning related to the global campaign. His training list is empty on the portal. I have recreated a campaign targeting only this user that I was able to select but once launched, the user is removed from the campaign and I can see 0 users in the campaign.

Have you got any idea? I have already checked that the user has a valid account with a valid licence.

Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, since our forums lack relevant permissions and tools, in order to better help you and not waste more of your time, please kindly try to create a service ticket in the Microsoft 365 admin center****to support > service requests through navigation, as they have more access permissions than on this forum, and professional engineers will further help you.
