How can we make forms in Microsoft Forms 365 that are mobile friendly?

Specifically the tables where the options are displayed horisontally is formatted poorly and requires people to side-scroll on their mobile to access all answer options. Which is both a hassle and may be diminishing both the engagement with this form and biasing the answers to the two first options (that are visible without side-scrolling)

Is there a way for this not to happen?

    Hello Matthew Baird.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

It looks like you are currently suffering from display issues with Forms on your cell phone.

Due to the scale of the mobile screen, there is a real possibility that the horizontal content will be out of range. In this case, you can try to have the user receiving the form on their cell phone turn on computer mode in their mobile browser and manually scale the form page, or use the phone in landscape, which may help to resolve the display issue.

Additionally, you can send feedback to the Forms team with suggestions about UI adaptation issues you are experiencing with mobile devices. This will help improve the cross-device experience of using Microsoft Forms, and your support of Microsoft products is greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards

Ahh thanks for your response. Sounds like its not an issue with an in-built solution within Forms (which is a bit surprising as it must be something that comes up regularly I would have thought).

Unfortunately that feedback option doesn't work for us (I think its turned off?).

    We shall try something else
