It seems the invitation failed. I looked at identity and i should be able to add them. Is this a problem of mine or is problem from the person I am trying to add?

    Hi Carles,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to the error message, this user has already been added as a guest user, but the account has been blocked. Based on the situation, I suggest you go to the Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com/)> Users. Check if you can find this guest user. If so, please select it and check if "Account status" is Enabled. If not, please check if you can change the status.

If you can't find the guest user in Azure, please point it out and let us know.

If you can find the guest user but can't change the status, I suggest you delete the guest user from Azure and from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Users> Guest users). After that, please invite the external user again. If the error message still occurs after re-adding the external user, I would like to know under what circumstances you see the first error message.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
