- Do you enable MFA for the user using the steps mentioned in this article?
- Please provide a screenshot of the error message to help us better understand your situation via private message.
- For how many users are facing this error?
- What is the environment for your tenant, are all users created in Office 365 portal or synced to cloud from local AD?
- Is this user able to access Office 365 portal and use all services according to his license?
Please kindly believe that I will do my best to do more research and testing to help you further when I get the feedback I need.
However, I would suggest you switch other browsers and check if the issue still exists.
