General Exception While Processing Error - I can't access any of my photos on One Drive.

I am using a PC and have lots of photos on One Drive. When I try to access the bulk of my older photos on my hard drive, they show up as icons. I assume this is because they are trying to access them from One Drive and it is a lot of photos. So, when I log in to one drive online and click on photos, I get a "General Exception While Processing" error message. How do I access my photos on One Drive?

    I am getting the same error. Does anyone know how to get in contact with the a human being at Microsoft? The "help" links in the support are not helpful at all!

    I am also very grateful for the series of correct troubleshooting attempts you have made for this, and deeply aware of the importance of these photos to you, but please wait for a while, Microsoft is actively dealing with it!
     
    It seems to be a known issues with Microsoft 365, affecting access to Microsoft applications and services, including OneDrive for personal and business use, as well as OneNote synchronization. 

    Currently, these issues have been fixed now, please stay updated by monitoring the service status, where any fixes will be promptly indicated.

    Funny how these service techies say everything is fine and the issue has been resolved. They upload a screenshot of an image where it shows everything is fine, but they don't test it.

    The issue has not been resolved because even I am having this problem with OneDrive and the infamous "General Exception While Processing" error message.

    The General Exception means that Microsoft is screwing you over and taking money without debugging the disaster of 365.

    Go see a doctor as you will need blood pressure pills
