We are using the A3 license for education. I need to be able to prevent certain users from downloading and installing MS Office to their computers, while still using the A3 license. In the past I was able to do this by unchecking "Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise" on the License and Apps page for that user. But this doesn't seem to work anymore. How do I disable this feature for a specific user, while still using the A3 License?

Please disregard. It turns out I simply didn't wait long enough for the change to take effect. Issue is answered and resolved.
