I'm trying to sign in again but the screen to enter my password is completely blank. When I x out of that screen I get the error code 0x800de44. I can login to my account through the browser but I'd like it to be drive on Windows Explorer. I'm leary of uninstalling and reinstalling One Drive on my laptop in fear of losing files.

Thank you.

I lost the previous thread however I've made a small advance.

The advise was to clear cache and credentials but

I don't see "one Drive" credentials.  Is it the MicrosoftAccountuser=******@gmail.com option? It seems like I'd be removed my Microsoft PW so how would I reestablish  it if this is the suggested fix. Thanks.

    Hello Peter,

    Thank you for the update.

Try clearing your cached credentials in the credential manager.

Close all Microsoft applications. In the Windows search, type credentials manager.

    Select Windows credentials.

Under the generic credentials, expand all OneDrive credentials and remove.

Restart your device and try sign into OneDrive again.

Please, let me know if further assistance is needed.

    Best Regards.

Oluwatosin. I was able to reinstall One Drive however, when trying to sign in and after I put in my email address, I get a blank screen where I'm supposed to enter my password. This is the same issue I had before I uninstalled One Drive.

Thank you Oluwatosin. I uninstalled One Drive from my laptop. How am I installing in it again?

Where do I find the download?

    Thanks again.
