Powershell.exe

Question

We are using seqrite EPS , we are getting biometric logs from biometric device to this desktop that data stored in SQL data base , that data base integrated with zoho people so this data sync to zoho .Now we are getting the alert in Seqrite console (ie., powershell.exe ,action taken:quarantined in the File Path: C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe , occuring daily 8 times at the same time frequently . So we need a clarification why this powershell running in the background
