I have 2 outlook accounts, one for personal use and and one for work use. My personal one is saying I am over my storage limit, mainly in the OneDrive. However the Onedrive is used for my work purposes. I have bought more storage and this shows on my work outlook account but my personal outlook account is still saying I am over my limit! Help please!!!!

    Hello Caroline M,

My name is Oluwatosin and I’ll be more than happy to help you with your query." This is a user-to-user community forum. We do not have access to your account.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your OneDrive storage.

So if I understand you, you add more storage to your work account even though it is the personal account that need more storage?

If you’ve purchased the additional storage with the work account it is normal for the additional storage to reflect in your work storage.

If this was done in error you can contact the OneDrive support team at: https://aka.ms/odps for assistance.

You can also transfer your files to the account that has enough storage using the Move Transfer Wizard

Go to the Mover Sign In page. Sign in with your Microsoft account . Authorize your personal account as the source location. Select the files and folders you want to move. Choose your work OneDrive as the destination. Start the transfer, and Mover will copy your personal files to your work OneDrive

You can also sync and upload manually Sync all your work account content from OneDrive to your computer. Later, sync or upload the files from your computer to your work OneDrive using the same process.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards, Oluwatosin.
