I bought a Samsung TV. It was bundled with free Microsoft 365 subscription. I gave the same email id in both, the tv and Microsoft website. But it still prompts me to buy the subscription. Its very annoying.
What to do?

You would need to ask Samsung support or their forums
The method of activating is specific to the seller
The "Free" subscriptions are usually O365 Personal but some decice suppliers include Office Home & Student
