    Dear Younes Fadil,

Thank you for posting your query in our community.

I understand your concern First, we would like to confirm this is not available yet on SharePoint, because  in SharePoint uses azure AD conditional access to control the to control the file syncing on the and management device, but from this, policy, it only support on the site level Max. It means you can block sync on the whole site but you cannot block sync on the specific file level. So, in the sensitivity label settings, does not have such option on the file or mail. Also, it only has the block syncing, if you apply the label on site level only so label cannot be used to, block syncing on the files.

secondly, it might not be necessary to perform such setting because sense sensitive label applies encryption on the file itself, instead of SharePoint. So even users syncing to their local PC even user download the file and share the downloaded file to other users. The encryption is still in the file. Other users who don't have permission will not be allowed to open it when they open it. They will be required to log in with permission account.

And even they log into the permission account they will follow the details settings you set up on the a sensitivity label, file permission is completely controlled on your hand. So even they downloaded or not, it should not matter that much.

I hope this helps to clarify about sensitivity labels If you have any additional questions or if you need any additional help regarding this or anything else at all - let me know, I'll be here to help you out.
