My wife is having storage capacity issues with 365. She is being required to delete emails, and has done so repeatedly ad aggressively, but the problem persists. I'm a Microsoft alum and am sharing one of my licenses with her. I'm not having issues. She's on Windows 10; I'm on 11.

    Dear Jerry Dyer1,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

In order to better pinpoint your issue, I may need to confirm some information first:

    1. Has it been more than 48 hours since her received the share? Storage updates may be delayed.
    2. Please verify that her storage is showing up correctly both on the client side and on the OneDrive website.

3.Please log in to the official Microsoft Account website and click Services & Subscriptions to confirm that she have received your Microsoft 365 share.

    1. Please open the Office software such as Word or Excel to check whether she is currently using the Microsoft 365 version of Office.

Reference: About Office: Which version of Office am I using?

We will try to provide you with a better solution as soon as we know more about the problem.

We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best regards
