- Please verify that her storage is showing up correctly both on the client side and on the OneDrive website.
3.Please log in to the official Microsoft Account website and click Services & Subscriptions to confirm that she have received your Microsoft 365 share.
- Please open the Office software such as Word or Excel to check whether she is currently using the Microsoft 365 version of Office.
