Regarding your first question, you can either add your account to switch or delete your old one and add it again.

Regarding your second question, you can contact Microsoft online support for a refund:
Contact Microsoft Support.
- Go to the following website: Contact - Microsoft Support
- Enter contact there.
- Select Getting help.
- Select Contact support.
- Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
- Under Category, select Manage My Subscription.
- Go to Confirm.
- Select Chat with a support agent or request a callback.
Regarding your third question, Microsoft accounts and OneDrive accounts are not currently merged, and services you purchase on a single account can only be used on that account.
