Cannot create pdf files from Word

I have been creating Adobe pdf files from Word for some time.  All of a sudden today I get the warning "Security level is set to high.  Please run the application which created this document in the 'security warning' dialog select the check box 'Always turst macros from this source' and enable macro's created by Adobe Systems Inc."

I am not getting any dialogue boxes with security warnings.  This started happening all on its own and it is very frustrating.

You do not need a third party application to create pdf files from Office applications. Rather, either save the document in PDF format, or use the Microsoft PDF Printer to "print" the document to a pdf file.
