On a Microsoft form when trying to edit a saved response, it would not allow me as I did not have forms access given from my organisation

This was not an issue before

Can I check if this has been updated recently?

    Hi Amanze Nkwopara,

Good day! Hope you are doing well.

From the error message you have provide it seems your admin has not enabled Microsoft Forms for you:

The admin can enable this by following the steps in the following article: Turn off or turn on Microsoft Forms - Microsoft Forms Admin | Microsoft Learn

Or the creator of the form needs to make sure that the below sharing option is selected so that you don't need to sign in to access the form. I would also recommend you use the browser in private window when accessing the link.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Sincerely, Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Dear Amanze Nkwopara,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with editing responses on a Microsoft Form.

Could you please send a screenshot of the error you are getting, that would help a lot. However, it might be possible that the Form Creator has changed the settings for people respond and edit the Form.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to ask if you have any more question, we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

Sincerely, Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
