I am getting error code e010012. Like it's not connecting to my wireless. My wireless is working. I turned my wireless off still not working on my data plan. I've deleted, reinstalled, rebooted phone, cleared my cache. Still not working. Anyone know what's going on?

    Hello,m3l08

    Welcome to Microsoft Community and we hope you are doing well.

    At present, this seems to be a known issue, mostly in the Bing search service and Copilot Pro service. Beginning at approximately 2024-05-23 1:10 PM

    1-> Impact Summary:

    Many Customers globally were unable to access or use any Bing services other than the search homepage. Additionally, Copilot was also inaccessible through multiple endpoints, such as:

    • Bing Website - The Bing Copilot endpoint shows the error "It‘s not you, it's us"
    • Edge Browser - The Edge Copilot endpoint through the Copilot icon in the browser is loading as a circle.
    • Windows Application and Copilot Pro apps on Mobile - The Copilot for Windows application and mobile apps is currently in preview and is showing error code of E010002 , etc.

    2-> Latest update:

    The problem may come from some erroneous traffic peaks that cause temporary failures in some Microsoft services, such as excessive mobilization of some Microsoft service APIs. As of 07:55 PDT on May 24, 2024, the incident "involving the downtime of Bing and Copilot services has been mitigated and a comprehensive root cause analysis is underway. Mitigation includes traffic rerouting and adjusting storage call timeouts" . And it has remained normal. In addition, Microsoft has strengthened the stable operation of data. You should now be able to search with Bing/Copilot normally.

    Once again, we understand any inconvenience caused to you. We will continue to monitor this issue. If you have any questions, please feel free to reply at any time.

    Best regards,
