Missing images in Windows Gallery folder

Recently got a new Android phone and previously, photos taken on my camera synced through OneDrive to the Gallery folder on Windows 11 absolutely fine.

Now though, the most recent photos still sync from July, but there's a gap of about six months dating back to January and there's no pictures appearing from in between those dates. Which is strange because I can see they are all still pulling through to the separate Samsung Photostream folder on my laptop.

I've already tried unlinking and reconnecting, resyncing, resetting the folders and reinstalling the OneDrive app. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Hello

You seem to have tried all the steps I can think of, you're really good!

So is it a good idea to contact Samsung support? These photos if syncing fine on other devices, maybe it's an issue on Samsung's end?

Sync your Gallery photos with OneDrive (samsung.com)
