OneDrive Direct Access

I cannot seem to properly get Direct Access to work on shared folders anymore.

All of the information posted in your help section speaks about clicking ... (3 dots) or clicking Advanced. Neither option exists in my OneDrive.

What do I do?

    Are you referring to the Direct Access feature shown in the image?

    This appears to be a function exclusive to OneDrive for Business. Therefore, please share the information as follow with us:

    1. Is your account a business or a personal account?
    2. Are you using OneDrive for personal or OneDrive for Business?
