Same MS365 Subscription Using Same Email/Password but one is from Re-seller. Cancelled that One, and Now I'm Locked Out.

I somehow wound up with 2 separate MS365 business premium accounts. One was purchased via Go-Daddy along with my domain name and other products. The more recent subscription to MS365 Business Premium was purchased online, directly from MS. I believe it is called commercial direct when you buy a subscription direct from MS online. I believe Go-Daddy is considered a partner reseller of MS software, etc.

Both of my MS365 account use the same login name, and both use the same password. It has made it difficult to maintain a consistent profile and work environment. Not to mention, it is wasteful to pay for the same subscription twice.

Tonight, I deleted the version of MS365 Business Premium I bought through GoDaddy. I kept the one I bought online so that I am able deal direct with MS if I ever have an issue. It backfired. Now, I am completely locked out of all MS accounts and have no way of logging in.

When I enter my login name, I am routed back to GoDaddy's website and prompted to sign in. The GoDaddy website does not recognize my login.  I cannot retrieve emails, cannot reset my passwords, and I am otherwise locked out of my accounts. I read through online posts on MS Support page and followed suggestions. I deleted cache, cookies, etc., tried a different browser and did whatever else was suggested. I tried an incognito search, tried logging in with a different profile, and nothing seems to work.

I desperately need to access my email account! It has all my work and client info and I have deadlines on Monday, but no ability to access my MS accounts. Are you able to help me?!

    Hi Steve,

If it is forwarding your to GoDaddy I would recommend reaching out to their support.

    https://www.godaddy.com/en-ca/contact-us

I have interacted with their support to migrate a client from GoDaddy to direct M365 before and they have been helpful.
