Thank you.1-Please are you the creator of the first organization and cannot locate the admin login details? am i correct if yes you may need to try account recovery options with Microsoft Support online to regain access to the admin account or transfer ownership to another account.
In the second organization, where you are a member, and when you attempt to log out but are redirected to admin.microsoft, it seems like you may not have the privilege to leave the organization as a regular member. Confirm as well if you are guest in the second organization

2-Please may i know if my understanding of your issue is correct? if yes
If you can gain access to the administrative account in the first organization, transfer ownership to another account or remove yourself as an admin to enable leaving the organization. the Microsoft support online can help as well.
Confirm your membership status within the second organization. If you are redirected to the admin portal when attempting to leave, it indicates limited permissions. Request assistance from the organization's admin. First you can try to clean your Microsoft window credential Reference: Accessing Credential Manager - Microsoft Support. Try clearing cookies and cache from your browser on the laptop. Also try in a private/incognito browsing session.
3-Once you have successfully left both organizations or resolved the membership issues, follow the standard process for closing a Microsoft account.
