Activate the Year-to-date summary sheet.

Clear the company name from cell B1.

Clear the employee name(s) from B7:C7 (and down if necessary)

clear the additional employee data from G7:L7 (and down if necessary).

Be careful not to remove the formulas in columns D, E, F and M.

Activate the 1st Q sheet.

Clear the attendance codes in G7:CR7 (and down if necessary).

Be careful not to remove the formulas in cell B1 and in columns B to F.

The sheets for the other quarters are probably blank, but if not, do the same as for 1st Q.
