Unable to access my account.

I would like to transfer this business account to my personal account, how can this be done? anyone out there have done this before?

Admin for this business account is uncontactable/unreachable/unknown.

Licenses for MSOffice is active and usable, but OneDrive is disabled/inaccessible.

I would like to take over the license.

Can Microsoft release the license?

I would like to stress the point that the admin is uncontactable, hence, getting admin to raise ticket will be almost impossible, any other possible solutions to this?

My Objective: Re-link Onedrive and gain access to the data in the onedrive account.

Hope I can get some assistance here.
