    In order to be able to investigate the problem further, I kindly invite you to confirm the following information with me:

    1. whether you are checking under Services & Subscriptions on the Microsoft Account website that you have two subscriptions.
    2. If it is convenient for you, you can provide the relevant screenshots.

    If you need to cancel your subscription or have specific questions, you can contact Microsoft Online Support by clicking on the following link and following the instructions in the image below: Contact - Microsoft Support

    Step 1: Click on the contact support button at the bottom of the page

    Step 2: Enter the product information shown in the image

    Step 3: Select Live Chat
