SharePoint Flow Formula

Hi Experts, I am having difficulties getting a formula to work in flow to retrieve a string of data from 1 column & get the ID number and append to the end of the string then populate into another field.

Example: Get Value in column1 (XXXF_R_0) get ID (1) append into column3 value of XXXF_R_01. Want this flow to run every time a new item is created in SharePoint list. So each new entry would be XXXF_R_0 (incrementing ID). Welcome any formula suggestions...Many Thanks in Advance
