Microsoft Certification | Credential Missing From Profile

I passed the MD-102 certification exam yesterday afternoon and the credential is not appearing on my Microsoft Learn profile

Microsoft certification ID: ******
MCID: ******

In the past, the credentials appear on my profile almost immediately after passing an exam

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | Other | Other

    Thank you, I must have misinterpreted the credential support page that said to ask a question on the Microsoft forums. I will raise this request on the Microsoft Learn Forums.
