Content based migration

Hi Guys

what are the steps involved in content based migration means I don't want to used content database migration approach.

migration I have to perform is from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2016.

this I am planning to avoid any upgrade blocking error since I have SharePoint 2010 site templates and workflows in 2 portals.

    Under normal circumstances, our method of performing migration is database migration, and there is no official migration tool. You could refer to this official article for more information on how to perform the migration:
