Unchecking shared calendars

Hello,

I am reaching out because when I open my calendar all my shared calendars are unchecked. I then have to go in and recheck all the calendars I want to see.

Can you please let me know how to fix this issue?

Many thanks!

    Dear Phee Machu,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you need to have your calendar selected when you want to open your shared calendar.

To further help you confirm your issue, please share more information with us:

    1. We saw that the thread you posted is Microsoft 365 and Office / Other / Unknown / To Do. Are you viewing calendar information through the Microsoft TO DO program? Or through outlook or other programs?

We have made inquiries. Generally speaking, sharing calendars or corresponding operations need to be performed through the Outlook program.

Are you not sure whether you use this program to operate? If you are using Outlook, what system are you using this feature on? Windows, Mac or the web version of Outlook?

Also, what type of account do you use TO DO or outlook? Your personal account or company or other type of account information?

Do you want to select only the calendar information you want to view when you open a shared calendar and help you view it? Or should all shared calendars be displayed, and you can view or uncheck them later as needed?

If you view calendar information by operating in Microsoft TO DO, you can also try to share the detailed steps of your operation with us. We will use your sharing to see if we can restore your problem and provide you with detailed solutions to help solve it.

We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
