Refund Microsoft Project

I am looking to refund Microsoft Project Standard 2021 and get the professional version instead. Does anyone know how to do this? I purchased online and installed it online.

I can't seem to find an option to return on the order history page.

    Per your description, you need to go to Contact us, and chat with our support agent for further help.

    Here are the detailed steps.

    1. Go to Contact us, sign in to your personal account (In the upper right corner)
    2. Describe the situation, click "Get Help", click the bottom button "Contact Support"
    3. In Products and services category, choose "Microsoft 365 and Office" and click Confirm
    4. You should see "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"
