Hi Beatriz Sanchez3. Thanks for the reply and I apologize for my late reply.   I'm sorry to learn that the solution to remove the keychain didn't work for your issue. To better assist you, I would like to confirm your version of Office. You can open any Office application, such as Word, click on the application's name in the top menu bar and view the version information. In addition, you can try to remove the existing Office license from your device completely by using the License Removal Tool and try to reactivate it to see if it solves your problem. Please refer to the detailed steps:  How to remove Office license files on a Mac - Microsoft SupportPlease give us feedback on the results after trying this solution and I will follow up on your issue promptly.

Thanks for your reply, the issue is that this is recurring, how can you help me to avoid this to occur again, it happens in the most pressing time and negatively impacts my work. Also, the key chain solution does not work!

    Hello Beatriz Sanchez3.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

We're sorry to learn that you're currently experiencing repeated activation requests while using Microsoft 365 for Mac.

In this case, you can try deleting all Microsoft-related logins and credentials via Keychain Access on your laptop, restarting your computer, and logging back into your Microsoft 365 application to see if the problem persists.

For Keychain Access, see: Delete a keychain in Keychain Access on Mac - Apple Support
