Hello,

I am trying to remove an add-in I just added and do not work as expected.

That question was asked in this post in 2020 : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-to-remove-an-add-in-from-word-online-office-on/884564c6-786a-4b5a-87c2-8fab700308f8 However, the solution seems outdated. Add-ins is now in the home ribbon, and there is no options. I cannot find where to remove one.

Thank you in advance,

Thibaut

Hello Barthelet Thibault, Welcome to Microsoft Community. I realize that you've encountered a problem with removing add-in in Word Online, and I understand how you feel. Please feel free to correct me if my understanding is wrong.

In order to solve this problem, please try the following steps:

    1. In the Home tab, find Add-ins and click it. (Yes, as you mentioned, it is here now.)
    2. Click More Add-Ins.
    3. Click MY ADD-INS. Find the add-in you want to remove and click on the three dots to the right of it.
    4. Select Remove.
    5. Click Remove. Then it should be removed successfully. Please let me know if the result fit your expectation. I'm looking forward to your reply.Best wishes,Lucia Wu - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
