one drive still not synching

contacted the tech team and they took control of my computer but still not working properly Error: E0x8004de44. After all that thought they had fixed it but it is still not letting me sign in

    I sincerely apologize for any sync issues you may be experiencing with OneDrive. I am a user myself and do not work for Microsoft, so I understand how frustrating this can be.
