Hi

Have a user where the "Switch View option" is suddenly missing.

No permission change and other users are not able to replicate. Tried different browsers and same issue.

Looks like the option was replace with a "Manage access" option.

How can we restore the normal view?

    H John,

Thanks for posting back and sorry for my late reply.

I'm afraid it is currently not possible to change the view format to Gallery. You will need to create a new Gallery view, and then have users switch to the Gallery view.

Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

Thank you - That does look to be the case.

The problem is they need the Gallery view.

    Hi John,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, I would like to know if the user can see all list views under "Manage access" as shown in the screenshot below.

    • If not, please point it out and provide a full screenshot of the situation. You can click "Insert Image" to upload the screenshot. Also, what if the user accesses the list in Microsoft Lists, can he switch the view?
    • If so, then I can reproduce the same situation. This is an update released by Microsoft. It seems that this change is only happening on one user side. I think this will gradually be applied to all users.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
