Domain change

Question

I have office 365 tenant and custom domain(eg parsian.com.np) using to emailing purpose. now i want to migrate all my users and their mailbox to another domain (eg parsian.com). how to make this possible.

Greetings. Thank you for reaching out.

May I verify if this domain is already added and verified within the same office 365 tenant? If so, you can do a bulk change for multiple users to the new domain. with steps below. However, please note that this will in turn change the user sign in address so they will be signed out after the change. You can inform them earlier of this.

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. Go to Users > Active users and select all users whose domains you need to change >Click Change domains >Select the domain from the drop down list >Save changes.
