VDI: there are no available computers in the pool

We are running a server 2019 (all updated) with a VDI setup.
Everything works fine, but now and then users cannot connect to their virtual desktops and get the error: "there are no available computers in the pool..".
I've noticed on this forum and on the net that the issue is out there, but as for now no adequate solution has been found.
The (current and manual) solution is to stop the connection broker and restart it. Than users can reconnect to their environment.
But we are in search for a real final solution.
Anyone facing the same issue ? and searching or solved the issue yet ?
