    Hello Yu QI a,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Per your description, you met error when you were trying to explore the availability of Project Online connectors with Flow.

As far as I know, the error "Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation" appears when you do not have Full Control permission to the PWA site.

I notice you could create project and create task in the PWA site. To verify if you have Full Control permission to the PWA site, you may contact your Microsoft 365 Administrator, go to SharePoint Admin Center > Active Sites > find the PWA site, click it, click Membership, if you are not in the Site admins list, add you as site admin. For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

After that, you sign out from the PWA site and sign in back, check if the error appears or not.

If you still have the issue, consider that you are trying to use Flow with Project Online, May I know if the error only appears when you use Flow? If yes, I recommend you post this question in the dedicated channel Microsoft Power Platform Community Forum Thread, members and engineers over there are proficient in the knowledge of Flow and Project customization queries, they will focus on the specific situation on your side and provide specific suggestions, help you further investigate the issue.

If my understanding of the scenario is not consistent with yours, feel free to point it out.

Thanks for your time and cooperation! Hope you have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Tina
