download office 2013

Question

We bought Office 2013 for business. It was before you need to have account to install it. Now i cannot download copy of it for PC with changed HDD. What i can do?

To better analyze this issue, please provide the detailed version of Office, such as Office Professional Plus 2013 and Office Professional 2013.

• If you are using the retail version of Office, such as Office Home and Business 2013 or Office Professional 2013.

I would suggest you refer to the setps in the link provided by DSPatrick.

• If you are using the volume version of Office, such as Office Standard 2013 or Office Professional Plus 2013.

You may need to seek the help of the VLSC administrator, sign in Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center to donwnload the Office installation package.
