Power Automate and MS Forms: Is there a way to get the Response Token on each form submission in MS Forms

I'm trying to create a SharePoint List that will have the URL of each saved responses. I'm the only one answering the form and the form is configured to be editable after submission.

url is something like this https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponseDetailPage.aspx?id={form_id}&rid={response_id}

{form_id} is available in Trigger: When a new response is submitted

{response_id} is available in Get Response Details

{response_token} can't see anywhere

    Dear Isaiah,

    I'm afraid that the response token is dynamic and can't be retrieved by some way such as Rest API. So it is not possible to create a URL of the saved response page by the flow.

    Re: How to link to a specific form response - Microsoft Community Hub

    The possible workaround may be to use the URL https://forms.office.com/pages/designpagev2.aspx?lang=en-US&&subpage=design&id=**FORMID**&analysis=true&tab=0&topview=SurveyResults&ridx=**RESPONSEID**.

    For your reference: Solved: Creating A Link to a specific form response - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Please note the following.

    Ridx=1 means respond 2.

    Ridx=0 means respond 1.

    As our product developers are willing to hear users' requirements, I suggest you submit your feedback and convey your suggestions to our new Feedback platform mentioned in the following article for the product developers to know your suggestions and opinions for product improvements.

    Introducing Feedback for Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Community Hub

    Please note the platform page will be loaded after some time based on the network environments.

    You may access the page as follows to submit the feedback as well.

    You may use a personal account or a Microsoft 365 business work or school account to submit the feedback.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi Cliff,

    Thanks for the info :) I already tried your suggestion but it only displays the responses (you can't edit). Have a nice day. I'll look for a workaround for my requirement. :)

    Dear Isaiah,

    Thanks for your updates and kindness.

    Do you mean that you want to generate a link in the site list to access each submitted form and can edit it and sync the modification back to the list?

    If yes, I think that you can use the custom Edit form in the list itself instead of Microsoft Forms in your environment as a workaround. You can access the response based on the item id and customize the form with PowerApps as you like.

    Hope that the information above helps you.

    Thank you for your effort and time.

    Sincerely

    Hi Again,

    Now that I have around 50 submitted responses in my form, I have 50 fulfilled forms. Is there a way to list down their response link?

    Just wondering if I can list down the links now that they are available. A slight rendition from my previous question wherein I'm looking for a way to get the links as soon as the responses were submitted.

    Dear Isaiah,

    Thanks for your updates and kindness.

    I'm afraid that it isn't possible as the response token in the link is dynamic and can't be retrieved by some way such as Rest API.

    The possible workaround may be to use the site list edit form to get and edit each response from Microsoft Forms.

    You can also customize the form via PowerApps as you like.

    Your understanding is highly appreciated!

    Sincerely
