My vscode is a transparent window, so when it was full screen I could have seen the browser page behind it, but now the browser is automatically minimized.（I have reset the browser Settings which has not work）

minimize buttonin the upper right corner. Can you provide steps to reproduce the problem? You can also try to reset the settings in Edge, or reinstall Edge, which may be useful to you.

Are you using a laptop? If this the case, it may be that the touchpad has been touched by mistake. You could also try to disable the extensions and test it again, which may also be the cause of the problem. If you can provide more relevant details, it will help solve the problem. For example, the Edge version and the steps to reproduce this issue.

yes, i am using a laptop and i did not touch the touchpad by mistake (sadly,i can't upload a vedio which should show you the mistake clearly).
I open edge first, then click vscode, if vscode is not in full screen mode, then I can see through the transparent vscode that nothing changes to edge, but when I click vscode in full screen, edge is automatically minimized. In fact, no matter what page I'm opening, as soon as I hit Maximize, I'll see the edge minimized (because I love transparent pages, I can see the edge minimized automatically through transparent pages).It's worth mentioning that it's not just Edge that minimizes automatically in this case, but Chrome as well.

It's worth mentioning that, not because of vscode, edge is automatically minimized when any application is maximized, which I guess is an intelligent optimization (although I don't really need it). -
