Mastr page issue

we have migrated from on premises(2013) to online, we have migrated by setting master page as default in the source side before migration, and custom mater page we have downloaded from on premises and uploaded in the online, eventually global navigation is giving an errors saying page not found and in the site contents master page is not showing where as in site settings master page is showing. Please help in these 2 issues.

    Based on your description, I understand that after you have migrated a whole site collection from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, the original global navigation and custom master page in the SharePoint 2013 is not available in the SharePoint online.

    You should create new global navigation in the SharePoint Online manually. And custom master page cannot be applied to SharePoint modern page.
