After updating to Window 11, when I'm working on a shared Word file, my Word app usually crashed about 3-4 times per day.

This is the log for the error

The Exception Breakpoint

A breakpoint has been reached.

(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x00000000243D2F6B.

Click on OK to terminate the program

Currently 2-3 people are working on this file at the same time but nobody encounter the same problem that I had.

What should my next step be?
