Data Validation Feature not working on Excel

Hi,

We've migrated a user from old PC to new PC and some of the Excel files functionalities are not working the same way. Particularly the "Data Validation" feature where a cell on one sheet picks up values from cells from another sheet and creates a drop down and "auto-populate" cell value based on the info.

We replicated multiple Trust Center settings from the Excel app on the old PC to new one but the issue persists.

Can we please receive some help on this?

    Could you share a test workbook to reproduce your issue?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply. Find screenshots below, the same settings are saved on the workbook and are working fine on the old PC. Basically when trying to use this functionality on new PC the drop down doesn't auto populate options and user is using multiple large spreadsheets where they use this functionality
