Wrong MCID is associated with my Email ID

Question

I passed MS Excel office specialist 2019 examination and post that i received mail wherein i got details of MCID and Temporary Access code however when i logged it I see wrong MCID associated with my mail ID.

Right MCID - 991326614
Associated MCID with my Personal Email is - 991952909

Please help me what needs to be done as i am unable to view my certificate and badge.
