Microsoft 365 developer subscriptions not renewing

My 365 developers program account was deleted because i hadn't logged in for a while. So, I deleted my profile. I tried to resubscribe to the 365 developers program, but it would not allow me to. It tells me that my subscription has expired. Is there anyway that i can reset my account, so i can setup the 365 developers program tenant?
